Here we are going to know about the seeds, how we can eat this what are the advantages of having the seeds to be eaten. Here is the method to eat the sunflower plant seeds very easily. The methods to eat the seeds of the sunflower are:-

Firstly take a bag of the seeds having shells removed from the seeds that means having a bag that has clean seeds. There were many varieties available in the seeds. We have to choose the flavours of seeds to that we can easily eat the seeds and also we can enjoy eating. The main flavours of the seeds are a pickle, chipotle or barbecue. After this choosing of the seeds, place the seeds inside the mouth. Start with the one so that you have the taste of the seeds and also you learn the technique how to eat the seeds of the flower. Move the seeds to the side of the mouth so that it cracks down easily, as it is not as much crack easily as we compared with the front.

The side of the mouth having more Sharpe teeth by that it can easily break down. Place the seed between the teeth so that it became easy to break it down. Place the teeth in the vertical or in the horizontal position as you like to crack down the seed. The back teeth or chewing teeth has more power to break down the seed easily. After this, the seeds can come in that form that we have a separate shell of the seeds. Use your tongue and the teeth to separate them easily. The inner edible seed should be smooth a soft as we compared with the shell. After that spit the pieces of the shell from the mouth and eat the seed. As, the seed can give us the nutrients and more things. We have to eat the inner part of the seed not the shell part.

Eating the greater amount of the seeds

Make a handful of the seeds and place some seeds from that handful and put the seeds into the mouth. The more seeds you can store in the mouth the more it’s better for you. Move the seeds at one place like move it on the one cheek part so it became easy to eat and also it became tasty. After this we have to move one seed only single one to move another side of the mouth.

Use your tongue to do this; it will be done easily by the tongue. After moving of the one seed, crack the seed only that seed which is apart from others seeds. Crack the shell of the seed. Split out the shell and eat the seed inner part. Repeat this process with another seed move another seed from the bunch to other side crack it and chew the inner part of this.

Slowly raise the number of seeds and down eating. one by one you can crack the shell of the seed and eat the inner part of it. it is the best method in which you don’t have to eat one by one seed with the hand. You can eat the bulk of the seeds with the hand and chew the seed and take nutrients from it.
