Steps to Maintain tankless water heater
1. First
You have to power off the plug and then plug out the pin of the tankless water heater. Also shutting off the main gas or turning off the circuit breaker for electrical devices.

You have to turn off all the three water valves that attached to your water heater.
3. Third
Tankless water heater’s procedure will prevent cold water from flowing into the water heater and convert into hot water from coming during the cleaning process. The water consists of a frozen water pipe that may be colored blue; a hot water pipe may be red color and a third that is main one that runs the water into your home.
4. Forth
Now remove the purge pipe caps from the purge pipe located on each of the cold and hot water pipes.

After the restart, the tank check the procedure may just require you to locate and open the cold water and hot water pipes. So they are lateral positions of the main tubes that lead the house.
